Order Placement Process
1，Contact Us

2,Received customer sample-Quotation
The customer sent us a fabric sample. After analyzing the sample, we will provide a quotation based on the fabric.
3，Color matching and sample delivery - Contract signing
Customize the color and fabric texture based on the sample, send it to the customer, and after the customer confirms the sample, sign the contract.
4，Pay deposit - Arrange production
After the customer confirms the sample, they pay the order deposit, and YX-textile arranges production.
5，Inspection and confirmation - Balance payment
During the packaging stage after production is completed, 10% to 20% of the order quantity will undergo quality inspection. We will also provide 1% to 2% of the order quantity as spare items for the customer.
6，Delivery - After-sales service
After receiving the balance payment, we will arrange shipment according to the customer's requirements. After-sales service: We have a professional team to help customers resolve various challenging issues.
